Because what touches your dog’s face every day matters, we use
food-grade materials selected for everyday pet use.

The 2-in-1 Slow Feed Mealtime Station includes food-grade silicone
and non-toxic, BPA-free plastic components. The Lick and Roll Bowl
is made from premium food-grade silicone.

Will the bowls help with sliding and spills?

Mess happens — especially when dinner is the most exciting part of
your dog’s day.

The 2-in-1 Slow Feed Mealtime Station has a raised spill tray and
weighted base to help keep crumbs and small splashes more contained.
The Lick and Roll Bowl has a suction base designed to grip smooth,
flat surfaces.

No bowl is completely spill-proof or impossible to move, but both
are made to make everyday mealtimes easier to manage.

Are J-Pawsia bowls easy to clean?

Yes — because enrichment should not leave you with another kitchen chore.

The 2-in-1 Dome Cover and Feeding Base are top-rack dishwasher safe.
For the smoothest rolling action, simply hand-rinse the Licking Roller
after use.

The Lick and Roll Bowl is also top-rack dishwasher safe and can be
hand-washed with warm, soapy water.

How long does U.S. shipping take?

We know you’re excited to get your dog’s new mealtime setup.

We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Orders are
usually processed within 1–2 business days, then standard delivery
typically takes 3–5 business days.

Tracking will be emailed once your order is on its way.

What is your return policy?

We want you and your pup to feel good about your order.

We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. To protect hygiene and
pet safety, returned items must be unused, unwashed, free of pet hair
and food residue, and returned in their original packaging.
